so i was coming on to tell you guys that despite my disappointment about the does it offend you, yeah show that i would be looking forward to this black lips and santgold and diplo show...
but then i stumbled upon myspace.com/hardfest
...and wanted to cry
if you found anyone that knew me, you would know this is the perfect show for me.
mostly because theres spankrock AND N*E*R*D. two of my most favorite groups in the worlddd. not to mention kid sister, a-trak, steve aoki, and others ive overlooked in my fury. god dammit. this is like the 3rd show ive missed because its in cali. when coachella was approaching, i was HONESTLY trying to get there from nyc. i was talking to all my friends in cali, but the losers... most of them hadn't heard of coachella. i was thinking to myself, how can you live in cali and not know what coachella is?! this is another show id actually try to get to, even though im all the way across the country, and broke.
oh what a tease. i know theres no way in the world that i can make this show.
damn all you lucky people in cali.

dammit. i was sooo excited. i guess thats what i get for not going out to buy the tickets right away.
dammit. this really sucks.

so on my way back from bklyn last sunday i found myself in the west 4th st train station (i had to take the F). i wasn't thinking anything of it until i saw like 5 rainbows pass. next thing i know like girls are tryin to talk to me. it was the damn haircut. ive never been so mad.
other than that i heard the gay parade was quite the success. i had a bunch of friends that went and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
eh. whatever works...

hah so it seems im already slacking off with this blog =/
um today ive been listening to You Know What: N*E*R*D for a loooong time.
its always like that with albums i buy. I listen to the whole thing then i slowly make my way back through the album and listen to individual songs on repeat.

so as we speak xxxchange is playing in a show... and later on tonight Dwele has a show too. so im just missing everything huh. oh well i decided to stay in and clean a little. I just watched Kanye's 3rd vid of Flashing Lights. I KNOW... im REALLY late, but its all good. I like listening to my little indie groups and obsure songs.
oh a completely different note. I don't think I shared the little tune Pharrell, Santogold and this other guy put out.
